Guide
Customers no longer have to retype a long account number from a PDF. Adding a clean payment QR card alongside your bank transfer details makes paying easier, and because the QR is your own bank or e-wallet code, no payment-gateway fee is involved.
Exporting a full phone screenshot from a banking or e-wallet app and dropping it straight onto an invoice usually causes one of three problems:
| Detail | Why your customer needs it |
|---|---|
| Pay to recipient name | Matches the exact registered name shown in the customer's banking or e-wallet app before they tap confirm. |
| Clean QR with white margin | Allows both second-screen scanning on a laptop and ”scan from gallery” on a phone. |
| Bank name & account number | Gives corporate accounts teams and desktop banking users a fallback when they cannot scan a QR. |
| Invoice number reference | Reminds the payer to type INV-0018 in the transfer reference so you can match incoming payments cleanly. |
Important boundary: InvoisLaju embeds your static QR image and Pay to label onto the exported document. It does not process payments, generate dynamic per-invoice DuitNow amounts, connect to bank feeds or verify transfers automatically. Always confirm that funds have cleared in your bank or e-wallet app before recording payment or issuing a receipt.
Freelancers, homeowners and retail buyers love scanning a DuitNow QR from WhatsApp. Finance departments at Sdn Bhd clients often pay through corporate online banking portals that require an account number instead. Keeping both your bank account text and a compact payment QR card on the same invoice covers both kinds of customer without sending two versions.
No. InvoisLaju places your own bank or e-wallet QR image onto the exported invoice PDF or image and does not process the payment or deduct gateway fees. Standard bank or e-wallet terms between you and your provider still apply.
No. Because the transfer goes directly through your bank or e-wallet rather than a payment gateway, InvoisLaju does not receive bank notifications. Confirm the funds in your banking app first, then record the payment on the invoice. Once an issued invoice is paid in full, you can create a linked official receipt.
Malaysian banking apps show the registered account holder name before a customer confirms a DuitNow QR transfer. Showing the exact registered payee name on the invoice lets the customer verify the recipient when your trading brand differs from your Sdn Bhd or sole proprietor name.
