Most free invoice tools are built for somewhere else. They ask for a state and a ZIP code, print dollars, and have nowhere to put your SSM number. Here is one that expects a Malaysian invoice.

Go to invoislaju.com and click Create an invoice. The workspace opens with a blank invoice. No signup form, no email confirmation, nothing to install.
Name, address, phone, SSM number, SST number if you are registered, and a logo if you have one. Saved once, reused on every future document.
Pick a saved customer or add a new one. Use their full registered name — accounts departments match invoices to purchase orders by exact name, and a nickname is what gets an invoice quietly parked.

Enter the tax rate you actually charge, any overall discount, and delivery cost. Each prints on its own line rather than being folded into the unit price.
If a deposit was paid, enter it in the Paid field. Balance due is calculated and printed, so nobody pays twice and nobody assumes it is settled.

Your business, customers and products are already stored. The next invoice is: pick customer, pick products, check the total, send. The invoice number advances on its own, so you cannot accidentally issue INV-0042 twice.
The web version is free for the whole trial period. The Android app will keep core invoicing free; advanced features such as cloud backup will be paid later. We would rather say that now than surprise you in six months.
No. This is for ordinary business documents — invoices, quotations, receipts and credit notes you send to your customers. It does not submit e-Invoices to LHDN. If you are below the threshold or simply need normal invoices, this is for you.
