Terms and Membership

These terms cover InvoisLaju: Invoice Maker, provided by LedgerBridge Digital. Android and the browser workspace use Google Play and Stripe respectively for purchases and keep separate local document storage.
Android Free and Pro
Free includes three footer-free exports per Malaysian calendar month by default across invoices, quotations, receipts and credit notes. After that, exports remain available with an InvoisLaju footer. Each explicit output, including repeated output, uses an available slot; saving and previews do not. This monthly allowance is stored locally on your device or browser, not as an account-wide server quota. Deleting a document does not refund a slot. The current allowance and remaining uses are shown in the interface.
Classic, all palettes and advanced customization are free, with no ads. Premium templates share three lifetime account uses; signatures have three separate lifetime account uses. First trial output requires Google sign-in and an internet connection; the same account's included document can be output again without another use. Pro provides watermark-free output, all templates, unlimited signatures and new Google Drive backups. Restoring existing backups remains available on Free.
Google Play prices and renewal
Malaysia reference prices are MYR 15.90 monthly, MYR 79.90 annually and MYR 129.90 for one-time lifetime Pro. Google Play supplies the localized currency, applicable tax and final price shown at checkout. Check that screen before paying. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew until canceled; lifetime is a separate one-time purchase.
A seven-day free trial is available only on the annual plan when Google Play returns an eligible offer. It is not offered to every user and is not a monthly or lifetime trial. After the trial, the annual subscription automatically bills at the price shown at checkout unless canceled before the trial ends through Google Play.
Manage or cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancellation normally keeps verified access until the paid period ends. Pending payment, expiry or revoked purchases do not provide paid access; other payment states follow Google's verified receipt.
Changing plans and refunds
Eligible monthly members can switch to annual. The replacement uses Google Play's next billing date charging behavior: the annual charge occurs on the next billing date shown by Play, without an immediate prorated charge. Existing subscribers are not promised another free trial.
Monthly or annual members may buy lifetime Pro at its separate one-time price. After the lifetime purchase is verified, our server requests that existing subscriptions linked to that app account stop renewing. There is no automatic prorated refund of previously paid time. Cancellation may be delayed and the app shows when it is pending; check Play subscription management and contact support if a renewal date overlaps processing or cancellation remains pending.
Refunds and cancellation remedies follow Google Play's policies and applicable consumer rights. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Lifetime, gifts and account recovery
Lifetime means one-time access to the current Pro features while the app and service remain available. It is not a guarantee that Google's external services will operate forever. We will not remove purchased current Pro access merely to require a repeat purchase; any discontinuation will respect applicable consumer rights. Owner-granted Pro is separate, may be revoked by the owner, and does not cancel an existing paid subscription.
Purchases require verified Google sign-in and server verification. Restore paid rights using the original Google identity in the app and the original purchasing Google Play account. Deleting your app account does not cancel Google Play billing. A recreated account can recover supported paid rights after verification; old accounts deleted before stable ownership migration need support review. Transfers require operator verification of original ownership and Play evidence; knowing a Gmail address alone does not transfer a purchase. Deleted gifts require the owner to grant them again. Web membership and Stripe payments
The browser workspace has separate local document storage. Google sign-in is required to purchase Web Pro through Stripe hosted Checkout. Web prices are MYR 15.90 monthly, MYR 79.90 annually and MYR 129.90 for one-time lifetime Pro. Check the final Checkout amount before paying. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew until canceled; lifetime is a one-time payment. There is no free subscription trial on the website.
After payment verification, Pro is linked to your Google account and is available in the app and on the web when signed in to that same account. Document data does not sync merely by signing in. Existing Pro members cannot buy another Web plan through Checkout. Google Play and Stripe billing are separate; a Stripe purchase does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
To manage a Stripe subscription, open Membership in the Web workspace and choose Manage subscription in Stripe. The Customer Portal supports payment-card updates, invoice history and cancellation at the end of the paid period. Paid access continues until that verified period ends. Plan switching is not currently supported in the Web Portal.
For a Web payment problem or refund request, contact noyolosia@gmail.com with your purchase email and Stripe payment or invoice reference. Do not send card details. Requests are reviewed by LedgerBridge Digital under applicable consumer rights; cancellation does not automatically refund previously paid periods. A full refund revokes Pro from that purchase; other independently valid purchases or grants remain separate. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Deleting your account does not cancel Stripe billing. Cancel through the Web Customer Portal before deletion or contact support if you cannot access it. Lifetime Web membership has the same service-availability meaning described above.
Your documents
You are responsible for checking invoice details, totals, tax treatment and legal compliance before sending a document. The trial is not accounting or tax advice.
Optional account
Google sign-in is optional. Invoice data stays local unless you separately connect Google Drive backup. You may sign out, delete Drive backups and delete the linked account using the available Settings and account-deletion controls.
Availability and data
The trial is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, permanent browser storage or successful cloud backup. Download important documents before clearing browser data and verify backups before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
