Delete your InvoisLaju: Invoice Maker data or account
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Deleting your InvoisLaju account does not cancel Google Play billing. Manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions
Request data deletion without deleting your account
You can keep your account and delete individual data in the app. Open Documents, Clients, Products, or Businesses, choose the item menu, then choose Delete and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the Google email address linked to your InvoisLaju account. Use the subject “InvoisLaju data deletion request”, describe the records and include “Keep my account” if appropriate. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days. We can review server records and guide device or Drive cleanup; we cannot remotely erase local invoices or access your private Drive backups.
Data kept when you keep your account
Your Firebase Authentication account and Google profile information used for sign-in remain. Data that you do not select for deletion remains on your device. InvoisLaju does not keep a server copy of your invoice content, customer details, amounts, bank details, PDFs, or local documents.
Request account deletion
In the Android membership app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Sign in again with Google for recent authentication. The server marks deletion, removes the Firebase identity and cleans ordinary server records. If cleanup is pending, the app says so and the server retries. A timeout or unknown response is not confirmation that deletion finished.
The current Web workspace also uses the membership account-deletion service. Older versions may remove only the sign-in identity; use the request below for server-record cleanup when using those versions. Web and Android local storage are separate.
Deleting your account does not cancel Stripe billing. Before deleting, open Membership in the Web workspace and choose Manage subscription in Stripe to cancel renewal. If you cannot access it, contact support. Stripe retains its own financial records under its policies. Our service removes Stripe entitlements and Checkout records and detaches minimal billing and stable ownership identifiers retained for verified paid-rights recovery.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the Google email address linked to your InvoisLaju account. Include the subject “InvoisLaju account deletion request”. We will verify the request, aim to complete it within 30 days and explain any unresolved cleanup.
What is deleted
Completed membership account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication identity, current entitlement, feature-use records, feedback authored by that UID, matching original gift and account-related audit/index fields. New records belonging to a recreated account are protected from an older deletion retry. The app also clears its Analytics and Crashlytics user association.
Local documents and Google Drive backups
Your invoices, clients, products and business profiles are stored on your device. They are not deleted automatically when you delete the account. In the in-app deletion screen, you can separately choose to permanently delete this local data.
Google Drive backups are stored in your own private Google Drive app data folder. You can separately choose to delete them. Only after the server confirms Auth identity deletion does Android attempt selected Drive/local cleanup using the still-authorized Google session before signing out. Pending cleanup, optional cleanup failures and completed deletion have distinct messages. Unknown responses leave optional stores untouched. We do not retain a server copy of invoices or Drive backup files.
Retention
We aim to complete verified support requests within 30 days and explain any unresolved cleanup. Limited billing records remain for continuing paid access/restore, subscription lifecycle handling and fraud/duplicate-claim prevention: token and hash, product/base plan, status/times, original obfuscated Play binding, stable Google-identity hash, replacement links, acknowledgment/cancellation state and hashed deletion linkage. There is currently no automatic billing-record purge or fixed deletion deadline; lifetime recovery may need long-term retention. Contact support for a review. This is not a claimed legal minimum retention period.
Pending deletion jobs temporarily keep UID/email, hashed Google identity and safe-retry/version details; completion scrubs them to status and completion time under a hashed old UID. The old UID security deny marker expires 24 hours after request, with eventual Firestore TTL removal rather than an exact 24-hour deletion guarantee. Minimal billing retry/notification records and Google-configured diagnostics retention also remain. See the Privacy Notice for retained fields and recovery audit details.
Recreating an account and restoring purchases
After feature-use records are deleted, a recreated account receives fresh feature usage. Deleted gifts do not return automatically: the owner must grant them again. Paid rights can be restored after verification using the original Google identity in the app and the original purchasing Google Play account. Historical deleted accounts without migrated stable ownership require support review; purchase transfers need operator verification of original ownership and Play evidence, never a Gmail-only claim.
